I envision a compassionate, empowered world that has zero tolerance for emotional and psychological abuse so everyone may thrive in their life, relationships and community.

Hi, I'm Callie.

I am a coach, advocate, and survivor of emotional and psychological abuse.

I spent over a decade in various spiritual cultic communities and narcissistic abusive relationships, so I understand firsthand how hidden psychological and emotional abuse can destroy every area of your life.

I could not leave the house for almost a year because of extreme CPTSD symptoms, which left me with crippling anxiety, depression, and panic attacks that could be triggered even by a short loving text from a friend.

I have dedicated my life to helping survivors of cultic communities and unhealthy relationships recover and thrive in every area of their lives. I founded the 501c3 Non-Profit Red Flag Education, which offers free education and awareness on the red flags of relationships and groups.

I hope that whatever you are going through, and no matter how much of a rock bottom you have hit, you know that you are not broken and you are not crazy. There IS a light at the end of the tunnel, and you WILL get through this.
